The specific aims of Lifeline Ballarat are to play a vital role in the health of the Ballarat and Grampians region community, and to uphold the rights of all people to be heard, to be understood with compassion, and to receive competent care in a time of need.

Lifeline Ballarat also offers businesses, community groups and individuals a suite of training packages designed to build stronger mental health resilience. These training packages help people focus on a Recognise, Respond, Refer model and are offered in areas focusing on mental health wellbeing, suicide intervention skills and domestic and family violence responses.
